Counseling can be both evidence-based and deeply human.
I work with men who want a place to slow down, think clearly, understand themselves more deeply, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
My approach combines evidence-based counseling with mindfulness, self-awareness, practical psychology, and thoughtful exploration of relationships, values, identity, and purpose.
I do not view counseling as a process of turning people into an idealized version of “healthy.” I see it as a collaborative process of understanding patterns, increasing choice, developing psychological flexibility, and building a life that is more deliberate and meaningful.
